Versa CSG Products
Versa Networks is a sophisticated, secure, and advanced SD WAN and SASE provider, that is making leaps and bounds of progress in those areas. We were approached by them to help them create their own hardware to make their processes and programs work better and more efficiently.
CSG 700 Series
Versa Network's 700 Series is the first product we worked on with them. We were tasked to create a beautiful and adaptable chassis for one of their flagship SD WAN and Security products. This unit was designed to either operate on a desk or in a standard 19in. rack and provide a silent operation experience. The chassis components are all cleverly designed to provide structural strength and an attractive outer appearance.

The challenges were to fit all of the functional components within a 1U height and control tolerances between all of the internals.

CSG 300 Series

Versa Network's 300 Series took the 700 series and miniaturized it for the 350 model, shown in the first image. We carefully adapted the parts to keep a consistent design language across the devices and solve issues of spacing and fit for all the components inside.

Each of the product models had a range of features that we accounted for in the internals and we solved several challenges for air flow and cooling.
CSG 1000 Series
The CSG1000 Series was a bit different project for us at Driven than the previous ones. We helped them with solving ventilation issues and the design of the faceplate and graphics, making sure everything fit and that the graphics looked cohesive, legible, and part of the same family of products as the 300 and 700 series. We iterated on the overall design of the faceplate and helped them along when any challenge or concern was brought up.

Again, the different models had capabilities depending on the scale of SD-WAN and Security the end users wanted.
