Rite Tech

Rite Tech is a company based in Taiwan that offers a massive variety of power products and surge protectors of many kinds. They wanted a few new designs to refresh their lineup and make products that either clipped onto or were embedded into desks or tables. We made a few variations and design languages for them to work with and bring to market.

Modular In-desk / Clamp Solution

Rite tech had these modules that they can line up within the housing we designed, so they can be configured to whatever power solution the customer needs. The large in-desk and clamp solution provides a very adaptable product that can suit almost every desk and table power need.

The main challenges were to create an effective solution without making it overly large or bulky and to set it apart from the company's other products.

USB Type A + A / Clamp On Solution

The smaller form factor here was to provide a more compact solution for the same type of need. It conveniently can clamp to any standard table and the concept direction was to make it as sleek-looking as we could.
