Manplow Roll Holder

Here was a fast-paced and fun project to adapt and reinvent an existing product. Manplow creates these stretch wrap holders for warehouses or shipping facilities. The stretch wrap is used to wrap up inventory on pallets or when it is stacked up to secure it. They came to us with a challenge to make their current product viable for larger scale manufacturing and to eliminate the number of variations they currently had. We took their multiple versions and combined them into a single, simple part, that could be injection molded in a strong material. I utilized multiple methods to ensure the strength of the holder was exceptional and to allow it to be viable in all of the use cases.
